HONC originally installed my dock and lift and did a wonderful job. IAN damaged it and HONC did repairs. Once again a great job! Milton did minor damage and once again HONC helped with repairs. Great work quality, Great communication, fair pricingTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an issue with our boat lift after Hurricane Helene. With the surge, our boat floated off the lift enough to have it almost fall off the lift once the surge receded. A 1/4 of the boat had fallen off the lift and the cradle was tilted and cables loose. We called HONC right away for guidance and Gary Ault took our call. He talked us through the process to get the boat down from the mangled lift and then helped us with instructions on how to fix the cables so we could have a functioning lift until they could come and inspect our lift. HONC installed our dock a few years ago and about a year ago they repaired our dock after IAN and we added on to it. We've always worked with Gary and he's always been a pleasure to work with. This last time, he went above and beyond to help us out, we're super grateful for his help. Working with HONC is always a pleasure. Gary, the front office staff, everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend HONC for all your dock needs. Gary will always do his best to meet your needs.
